75C for CPU… Thats too hot. You need to bring that down. There isn’t anything magical about a mac that prevents your CPU from frying at high temps.

iStat is a handy widget for monitoring internet usage. You can see in Total in the amount of usage you have consumed in that internet device.

that is a good idea if you have a cheap macbook. CPU consuming widgets like iStat will signaifacatly slow down a macbook running mac os x leopard 10.5
