I installed a plugin called cinelook for my Adobe After Effects 7.0, now how do I use it? Is there a drop down menu for installed plugins?

Its for elements 5.0. I know its the right version of camera raw but I can't remember were to put the plugin file so photoshop recognizes it.

Adobe fixes Download Manager flaw
Adobe has advised users of its Acrobat Reader software to download the latest update to fix a security hole in the Adobe Download Manager software.
